Job summary

Support, Inc. is seeking a full-time clinician in the Clinical/Behavioral department to provide counseling and consultation for adults with developmental disabilities within Medicaid Waiver services.

The position is based in Colorado's front range and involves a multidisciplinary team delivering tailored interventions in homes and community settings. The role requires a Master's degree, CO driver's license, and background screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Two years' experience directly with a clinical population or supervised by a licensed clinician.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work.
• Background screening completed prior to offer.

Responsibilities

• Providing consultation and counseling to people with I/DD under Medicaid Waiver services.
• Conducting assessments and formulating multidisciplinary treatment plans for homes and community settings.
• Consulting with and training family members and host-home providers on interventions.
• Collaborating with IDT members to support clients holistically.
• Meeting monthly billed unit productivity goals.
• Participating in regional leadership meetings and coordinating regional events.
