Job summary

Support, Inc. invites applications for a Clinical/Behavioral Clinician in Colorado. The role involves counseling individuals with I/DD, conducting assessments, and coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans across homes and community settings.

You will work with a diverse team including Counseling, Social Work, and ABA specialists to tailor interventions and improve client outcomes. This is a full-time position based on the Front Range of Colorado.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Two years’ experience with a clinical population or direct supervision under licensed clinician.
• Valid CO State Issued Driver's license.
• Background screening required before offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and counseling to people with I/DD involved in Medicaid Waiver services.
• Conduct assessments and formulate multidisciplinary treatment plans for homes and community settings.
• Consult with and train family members and host-home providers on interventions and behavioral programs.
• Work with IDT members to provide holistic support to people receiving services.
• Meet monthly billed unit productivity goals.
• Participate in regional leadership meetings to review health issues and plan events.
