Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless in Denver seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment in supportive housing settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy to promote stability, recovery, and independent living.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field required.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
  • Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health evaluations to identify needs.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy.
  • Oversee the work of pre-licensed behavioral health clinicians.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
  • Help clients access housing, employment, education resources.
