Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. seeks an I&C Scheduling Superintendent to lead field teams and drive efficient project execution. You will translate milestones into practical daily and weekly field plans, supervise crews, and coordinate with trades to align with project milestones.

Experience in I&C construction, scheduling, and CPM planning is required. The role emphasizes planning manpower, reviewing schedules, and maintaining look-ahead plans while ensuring safety and quality across multiple projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of I&C, controls, industrial electrical, or related construction experience.
• Direct field leadership experience supervising electricians or I&C crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise electricians and I&C field personnel.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily and weekly field activities.
• Coordinate manpower and crew loading based on priorities.
• Ensure I&C installations meet drawings, specs, safety standards.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Track progress and forecast resources.
• Coordinate with PM, engineering, procurement, vendors.
• Support turnover activities.
