Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking an experienced I&C Scheduling Superintendent to lead field execution for instrumentation and controls construction in our Texas projects.

You will supervise crews, plan manpower, coordinate trades, and ensure safe, efficient work aligned with drawings, specifications, and schedules. You will also translate milestones into practical daily and weekly field plans, use Primavera P6 or MS Project, review look-ahead schedules, and forecast resources while managing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in I&C, controls, industrial electrical, or related construction.
• Experience supervising electricians, controls installers, or similar crews.
• Strong knowledge of I&C and electrical construction methods.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Direct field leadership for I&C construction and supervision.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily/weekly field activities.
• Coordinate manpower and crew loading for upcoming work.
• Ensure safe, efficient I&C installations per drawings and standards.
• Monitor progress and forecast resources and schedule risk.
