Zusammenfassung

AE2S is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Project Manager to lead I&C and SCADA upgrades, expansions, and new facilities in the Denver/Colorado market. You will guide planning, design, integration, and delivery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and key clients.

The role involves field oversight, startup support, and strong relationship building with owners, contractors, and integrators. A hands-on leader with extensive I&C experience will thrive in AE2S’ dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience with programming, start-up, commissioning, and service of complex instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget on projects or elements of work.
• Ability to lead teams and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for clients and staff.
• Ability to travel as required for project responsibilities and business development.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Project Manager for I&C and SCADA projects (upgrades, expansions, conversions, new facilities).
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, change management, risk, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Lead client meetings, develop agendas/minutes, communicate progress and decisions clearly.
• Support proposals, task orders, and pursuit strategies; contribute to fee development and staffing plans.
• Lead development and review of I&C deliverables: control narratives, sequences of operation, I/O lists, P&IDs and loop diagrams.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical teams to integrate automation requirements.
