Job summary

Teklysium Inc. is seeking an experienced I&C Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from planning through execution in Delaware.

You will drive schedules, budgets, and scope while coordinating engineering teams, contractors, and field personnel. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or instrumentation, 3–5 years of PM experience in water/wastewater, and strong knowledge of I&C systems and AutoCAD Electrical.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in water/wastewater.
• Strong knowledge of I&C systems and controls in treatment facilities.
• Experience reading engineering drawings/specifications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and scope.
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and technicians.
• Manage client relationships and project communications.
• Monitor project performance, quality, and deadlines.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, pricing, and change orders.
• Support field technicians and programmers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
