Luminant Generation Company LLC in Texas is seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Control technician to maintain the plant's instrumentation and control systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient energy generation.

You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, calibrate equipment, enter work requests in MAXIMO, and work with Operations and other groups to support start-ups and outages.

Formación

• High School education or GED equivalent required.
• One (1) year as I/C or two (2) years related work experience required.
• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain instrumentation and control systems to meet energy generation requirements in a safe, reliable, and environmentally sound manner.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance and/or compliance activities on plant instrumentation and control systems, including weekends, holidays, and scheduled shifts.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain power plant instrumentation systems and equipment.
• Learn to enter WRs and PRs into MAXIMO and assist in design and implementation of O&M and Capital projects.
