Job summary

Age UK Bath & North East Somerset is seeking an Information & Advice Supervisor to lead the Information, Advice and Signposting (I&A) team. You will supervise staff and volunteers, provide guidance and training, and manage scheduling and operations while maintaining a frontline caseload.

You will ensure high-quality, accessible information and advice for older people and families, driving continuous service improvement and regulatory compliance in a part-time, hybrid role in Bath.

Qualifications

• Supervise and support staff and volunteers in the I&A team.
• Maintain and improve service quality and compliance.
• Review files and check cases to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the I&A service.
• Schedule operations and manage a frontline caseload.
• Collaborate with the Senior Lead on service development.
• Support delivery of an age-friendly community strategy.
