Job summary

Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services, Inc. (KAFASI) seeks an Information & Assistance Specialist Supervisor to lead the I&A team, oversee resource navigation, dementia care coordination, and management of the medical equipment loan closet in Kenosha, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• 5+ years supervisory or management experience.
• At least 1 year of direct experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of KAFASI's Senior Leadership Team and act as liaison between the Executive Director and I&A team members.
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Lead and support I&A staff, managing workflow, supervising performance, and ensuring adherence to KAFASI and ADRC policies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide oversight and operational knowledge of all I&A services, including the Loan Closet, Dementia Care, Resource Navigation, and Phone Support.
• Ensure team compliance with certification requirements, including CRS-AD credential within 12 months of hire.
• Track program data to measure productivity, evaluate outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
