Job summary

ADP TotalSource seeks an Audit & Compliance Advisor to provide consultative guidance on Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance to clients and internal partners. You will become a SME, answer questions, identify issues, and coach teams on product functionality.

Role involves data management, reporting, and collaboration with SMEs, with light travel 1–2 times per year. Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or payroll required; PHR/SHRM/FPC a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or payroll (or equivalent).
• PHR, SHRM, or FPC certifications or a plan to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Become SME on Form I-9, E-Verify, and TotalSource I-9/E-Verify products.
• Consult with clients and field partners on Form I-9 and E-Verify topics.
• Identify issues and implement solutions.
• Coach internal partners on rules and product functionality.
• Collaborate with SMEs to share best practices and support teams.
• Run and analyze reporting to guide client compliance.
