Qualifications

• Hands-on I-9 auditing experience.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and remediation needs.
• Strong understanding of federal employment eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal I-9 audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Review Section 1, 2, and 3 information and documentation.
• Identify missing information and discrepancies for remediation.
• Perform I-9 remediation per requirements and procedures.
• Research and resolve discrepancies during audits.
• Coordinate with HR to obtain corrected information.
• Support E-Verify processes as applicable.
• Maintain audit records with confidentiality and discretion.
• Escalate significant compliance issues as needed.
• Meet project deadlines during the 3-month engagement.
• Follow all federal requirements throughout the audit process.
