A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced I-9 Auditor to conduct detailed reviews of employee Form I-9 documentation and ensure compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements. The role requires independent remediation of errors, discrepancies, and missing information to complete documentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on I-9 auditing and remediation experience, with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience conducting I-9 audits and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of Form I-9 requirements and E-Verify.
• Ability to identify errors, discrepancies, and missing information and remediate.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct internal audits of employee Form I-9s for accuracy and compliance.
• Review Section 1, 2, and 3 information and documentation.
• Identify missing information and discrepancies during audits.
• Perform remediation and corrections per requirements and procedures.
• Research and resolve discrepancies identified during audits.
• Collaborate with HR to obtain missing or corrected information.
• Support E-Verify processes as applicable.
• Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Escalate complex or significant issues appropriately.
• Meet project deadlines during the 3-month engagement.
• Follow established procedures and federal requirements throughout audit/remediation.
