Schomp Hyundai in Aurora, CO is seeking a **Service Advisor** for a full-time position. The role emphasizes guest experience, diagnosing service needs, and preparing repair orders while maintaining strong customer rapport.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.
• Troubleshoot vehicle problems and services by listening to the customer's description of symptoms, clarifying descriptions, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, causes discovered, and repairs/services required.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of the vehicle, obtaining approval of estimates, providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
