The successful candidate will ensure that testing systems operate safely and reliably while leading technical reviews and providing strategic guidance to contractors.

The role requires expertise in wind tunnel operations, excellent communication skills, and significant experience in project management, making it crucial to support government decisions on complex systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Direct experience with large-scale Test and Evaluation facilities.
• Proven ability to oversee project phases from design to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for ground test capabilities.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to the COR.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews of contractor designs.
