Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Direct experience with design and operation of large-scale T&E facilities.
• Proven ability to conduct technical reviews and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical oversight for test capabilities.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Conduct detailed reviews of contractor-developed designs and specifications.
• Translate complex project data into decision-ready insights.
