Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in qualifying complex server/storage platforms at electrical, protocol, and functional levels.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed signal analysis, thermal dynamics, NVMe, and power distribution.
• Hands-on experience with OS/kernel hardware debugging tools and BIOS/BMC firmware.
• Ability to build and scale hardware validation test beds using scripting (Python or Bash).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware qualification projects with hyperscale customers and vendors.
• Perform root-cause analysis of failures and optimize electrical/thermal/firmware interactions.
• Review high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet) and optimize cooling trade-offs.
• Collaborate with software, operations, and manufacturing to productize storage tech.
• Develop automated qualification frameworks and improve testing workflows.
