You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external manufacturing partners to deliver reliable storage platforms. Requirements include deep x86 architecture knowledge, high‑speed layout, Linux scripting for automation, and strong root‑cause analysis & problem solving.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of x86 architecture, schematic capture, high‑speed PCB layout rules and bus protocols (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, I2C, SPI).
• Experience in Linux environments and scripting to build automated hardware qualification tests.
• Strong ability to evaluate data, identify root causes of hardware issues, and apply engineering judgment.
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect High-Performance Hardware Systems: lead PCB layout and signal integrity for scalable enterprise storage architectures.
• Guarantee Product Reliability & Quality: define and execute test plans across CPU, memory, PCIe and Ethernet interfaces.
• Bridge Engineering & Mass Production: work with Operations and JDM partners to transition subsystems to production.
• Ensure System Resilience: perform root-cause analysis during hardening and customer escalations.
