Job summary

Vision Technologies is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the Hyperscale Program Project Management teams in delivering projects and services to customers on time and within profit goals.

You will coach and guide the team, manage contracts to completion, and align delivery models with market demand while maintaining world-class customer service and strong relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing senior and entry-level project managers.
• Experience delivering multiple large-scale projects (> $10M).
• Data center core/shell and TFO vertical markets experience.
• Relationships with Hyperscalers and GC's is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Hyperscale Program Project Management team.
• Oversee revenue growth and profitability of the Hyperscale Program.
• Review, assign, and manage execution of contracts to 100% completion.
• Find ways to optimize capital and increase operational efficiencies in delivery.
• Ensure world-class customer service and quality for all engagements.
