Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large industrial, mission‑critical, or infrastructure projects.
• Hyperscale or colocation data center experience.
• Industrial automation or controls systems experience.
• Demonstrated success leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong program management and portfolio management experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of the Data Center project portfolio and ensure delivery aligns with safety, schedule, budget, and expectations.
• Develop portfolio‑level reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics; drive governance and executive reviews.
• Own the financial performance of the Data Center delivery portfolio including gross margin, forecast accuracy, and profitability.
• Build and mentor a scalable delivery organization including PMs, Program Managers, and delivery coordinators.
• Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership on pursuits, strategic planning, and repeatable delivery methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery standards and best practices across the organization.
