Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead hyperscale and CSP engagements, aligning hardware delivery with customer needs and long-term strategy.

You will own complex opportunities, coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations, and drive growth with server ODM and rack integrators. This role is in-office in Santa Clara with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in the hardware or semiconductor sector is essential.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
• Ability to track long-tail projects with dependencies (NPI phases, product lifecycles).

Responsibilities

• Hyperscale account management: primary operational partner for large-scale accounts and multi-year hardware forecasts.
• Coordinate between Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Management, Business Operations and Finance to align requirements.
• Partner with server ODM and rack integration partners to ensure customer success.
• Strategic business development: identify and pursue new opportunities while growing existing partnerships.
