Pro-Tel seeks a Site Supervisor to lead high-visibility fiber optic projects in hyperscaler data center environments. You will oversee on-site splicing, optical testing, and ensure ultra-low loss budgets across complex topologies, with travel to various field locations including Columbus, OH area.

The role requires strong leadership, testing expertise, and ability to coordinate with clients and vendors in a remote office setting with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site fiber splicing teams to deploy projects on time and to spec.
• Oversee optical testing (OTDR, OLTS, VFL) and ensure loss budgets meet hyperscaler standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and site‑level mitigations.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, facilities, and vendors.
• Create daily progress reports and manage crew schedules using project software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
