Job summary

Align in Atlanta seeks an Electrical Project Manager with data center expertise to lead on-site delivery of electrical power distribution systems, coordinating subcontractors and schedules daily. The role requires 5+ years managing mission-critical electrical construction, with travel outside Georgia as needed.

You will oversee design oversight, commissioning support, QA/QC, and maintain documentation while ensuring code compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing mission-critical electrical construction projects, preferably data centers.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and redundancy strategies.
• Experience with commissioning, load testing, and power systems, and ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of data center electrical projects (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Lead on-site coordination of subcontractors and trades; manage closeout activities.
• Track risks, changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations; support QA/QC.
