Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Site Selection Manager to own the real estate pipeline for a rapidly expanding US data center program. You will identify and secure strategic sites, evaluate power availability, permitting, and development potential, and coordinate with landowners, brokers, and engineers to meet project requirements.

Travel to sites will be required; you will partner with finance and development teams on project economics, manage due diligence with external advisors, and drive market

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex real estate or development transactions.
• Experience evaluating land for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of power implications for site viability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential data center sites across US markets.
• Evaluate power availability, permitting, environmental considerations and development potential.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate with specialized advisors.
• Negotiate land acquisitions, leases and development agreements.
• Develop relationships with landowners, brokers and developers.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet project requirements.
• Support portfolio strategy, market analysis and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with finance and development teams on project economics.
