Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Construction Project Engineer III for an on-site/hybrid role on our Hyperscale Data Center project. You will support project delivery, manage information, and coordinate documentation to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, applying financial awareness and proactive problem-solving to strengthen client relationships and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in executing and managing change management processes.
• Contribute in monthly cost reporting meetings with insights and analysis.
• Adhere to project controls procedures, including cost tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery to maintain schedules.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with contract documents.
• Maintain organized project documentation across stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
