Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Hyperscale Project Manager to support multiple mega-data center deliveries from planning through execution. You will coordinate with executives, development, facilities, legal, capital markets, and sellers to ensure leasing, financing, and construction obligations are met across the project life cycle.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with knowledge of data center construction, financing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in real estate development, transaction management, data center infrastructure or related construction.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Proficient in MS Project and/or other project tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project documentation to establish directives across teams throughout the life cycle.
• Cross-functionally develop schedules and budgets; assist with pro-formas.
• Ensure lease requirements align with budget and goals; monitor milestones and payments.
• Oversee project implementation, progress, and closeout; present updates to leadership and customers.
• Support planning for operations turnover and due diligence for loans.
