Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Data Center Fit-Out Execution to lead a dynamic team across multiple sites, driving data center readiness and power readiness. You will collaborate with LVVs and site teams, align schedules, verify progress, and resolve blockers while spending substantial time traveling to data center sites to advance progress.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex schedules, dependencies, and risk reporting, ensuring timely completion and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex data center fit-out, construction, or infrastructure delivery programs across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure and the steps required to make a data center ready for equipment installation and operation.
• A hands-on leader who is comfortable walking a site, asking detailed questions, and validating reported progress.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and dependencies across LVVs, contractors, engineering teams, and operations.
• Sound judgment in identifying critical blockers, setting priorities, and escalating issues with practical options for resolution.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-moving environment where site conditions and delivery plans can change quickly.
• Clear communication with frontline teams and senior leaders, including concise reporting on readiness, risks, and recovery plans.
