The Thomas Young Group is launching a brand new Dallas office and seeks a Plumbing Engineer to join early-stage growth. You will design plumbing systems for mission-critical and data-center facilities, developing domestic water, sanitary, storm and vent systems.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to prepare construction documents, verify codes, size equipment, and review submittals from design through construction. 3+ years’ plumbing design experience and Revit proficiency are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of plumbing engineering or design experience.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant codes.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Commercial or industrial project experience.
• Data center experience would be a strong advantage.
• EIT certification preferred.
• PE or CPD certification would be a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design plumbing systems for mission critical and data center facilities.
• Develop domestic water, sanitary, storm and vent systems.
• Design specialty piping systems for complex projects.
• Complete plumbing calculations and equipment sizing.
• Prepare coordinated construction documents and technical specifications.
• Ensure designs meet relevant plumbing codes and project requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural teams.
• Review RFIs, submittals and construction documentation.
• Support projects from design through construction and closeout.
