Job summary

Thomas Young Group is partnering with a national MEP engineering firm to recruit a Plumbing Design Engineer. The role focuses on designing plumbing systems for diverse building projects, from commercial to healthcare, supporting projects from early design through construction.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams, use Autodesk Revit, and contribute to design decisions. Four+ years of experience and strong coordination skills are expected; CPD/PE/LEED AP preferred

Qualifications

• Four+ years of plumbing system design experience for buildings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and coordination with other disciplines.
• Experience communicating clearly with internal teams and project partners.

Responsibilities

• Designing plumbing systems for building projects across multiple sectors.
• Working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, education, and recreational facilities.
• Supporting projects from early design through construction.
• Collaborating closely with mechanical, electrical, and project teams.
