Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience interfacing with hyperscale or large enterprise customers.
• Proven incident management, escalations, and customer communications.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, critical systems).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact between internal teams and the customer’s operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to understand and implement customer requirements, including incidents and maintenance schedules.
• Manage and coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues with engineering teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on data center performance against SLAs and KPIs; present updates to leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage incidents with proper escalation and post-incident reviews.
• Align capacity planning and change management with customer needs and internal processes.
• Engage with customer operations to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Support project-based initiatives such as new site developments and capacity expansions.
