Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data center operations or technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience interfacing with hyperscale customers in a technical capacity.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Customer liaison: act as the primary operational point of contact between internal teams and the customer’s operations teams.
• Operational alignment: ensure customer requirements are understood and implemented, including incidents and maintenance.
• Technical issue resolution: coordinate resolution with engineering and technical teams and communicate updates.
• Performance monitoring: track and report SLA/KPI performance and present updates to leadership and customers.
• Incident management: oversee incidents with proper escalation and post-incident improvements.
