Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center operations or technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience with hyperscale or large enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to manage incidents and escalations with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact between internal teams and the customer's operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal operations to meet the customer's requirements, including incidents and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues with engineering and technical teams.
