Qualifications

• 8+ years of network engineering in large-scale data center deployments (hands-on planning, building, or migrating production networks)
• Experience with incident management, change control, and operational tooling for monitoring in enterprise environments
• Experience collaborating with facilities, real estate, and infrastructure teams to deliver network services on time and at scale

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers and regions
• Act as escalation point for technical issues with hands-on guidance to resolve problems swiftly
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams, vendors, and MSPs
• Collaborate with engineering, data center, backbone, AI, and equipment vendors to deploy new technologies
• Ensure project timelines for network turn-ups are met and milestones achieved
• Drive QA by field walks, ENS readiness checklists, audits, and compliance with data center standards
• Distribute workload among team members based on projections, OKRs, KPIs
• Improve operational efficiency by enforcing policies, processes, and standards
• Identify root causes and implement process enhancements and automation
• Lead standardization of design, testing, and implementation of scalable network solutions; own relationships with TCs and MSPs in region
• Oversee site's financial forecasts, budgets, and controls for network build/operations
• Lead by example and foster cross-region collaboration and career development
