Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center MEP Project Manager to lead field-based delivery of electrical and mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers in the Abilene/Shackelford, Texas area. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.

Ideal candidates have data center MEP experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work ~85% on-site. Relocation bonuses are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical construction delivery.
• Direct experience supporting MEP construction on data centers.
• Experience with electrical MEP systems and/or cooling/controls.
• Experience in hyperscale data center projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based PM support for MEP systems on hyperscale projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC, vendors, and design teams.
• Review MEP scope, schedules, and documentation for quality and progress.
• Support commissioning readiness and turnover packages.
• Identify risks, design conflicts, and schedule impacts; propose actions.
• Lead construction meetings and look-ahead planning sessions.
