Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager - Interior & Fit-Out to lead planning and execution of interior construction for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical projects.

You will oversee subcontractors, scheduling, quality, and occupancy readiness while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with up to 75% travel and site-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leading interior fit-out or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficient reading of architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of interior construction and architectural fit-out activities across mission-critical projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and documentation for alignment with project requirements.
• Lead inspections, turnover readiness, and customer acceptance planning.
