Job summary

National Technologies (NTI) seeks a Foreman to lead on‑site fiber optic and low‑voltage infrastructure installations within hyperscale data center environments. You will oversee daily crew activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate manpower and materials to meet project schedules.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, problem solving, and strong communication to support successful project execution and adherence to specifications. Competitive pay and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic and low‑voltage installations.
• Supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Pass pre‑employment screening including background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to installation crews from project start to completion.
• Oversee fiber optic and low‑voltage installations in hyperscale data centers.
• Review drawings and installation documentation to plan daily work.
• Supervise cable routing, terminations, labeling and testing.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet schedules.
• Submit daily progress reports and communicate project concerns.
