Job summary

Professional Teleconcepts, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead on-site cable deployment for hyperscaler data center projects. You will supervise a crew, oversee pulling and dressing of structured cabling, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years fiber experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 50 hours weekly, including day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• DOT physical exam required and valid medical card
• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years fiber splicing, placement, and testing experience
• Valid state driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site cable placement crews to meet schedule and quality
• Oversee pulling, routing, and dressing of fiber and copper cabling
• Enforce fiber handling standards and proper bend radii
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance on active sites
• Coordinate with client, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Create daily progress reports and manage crew schedules
