Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12-18 years of construction experience with senior-level roles on large-scale programs.
• Hyperscale data center experience is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Owner's representative or owner-side experience preferred; strong GC supervision background considered.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the owner's senior field authority across active data center and infrastructure construction programs, conducting regular site visits and assessing performance, schedule adherence, and safety.
• Hold GCs, construction managers, and trade partners accountable to owner standards and drive corrective action.
• Review and challenge GC look-ahead schedules and master programs, identify critical path risks, and ensure field execution aligns with the project schedule.
• Attend and lead OAC meetings, coordination sessions, and safety reviews, representing the owner's position with authority.
• Enforce quality standards across field construction, issue non-conformance notices, and track deficiency resolution through to closeout.
• Lead site safety programs to maintain a zero-incident culture across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and vendors during startup and commissioning to ensure ready for handover on schedule.
• Oversee change order validation and OFCI equipment delivery coordination across sites.
• Maintain clear field reporting with daily observations, photos, issue logs, and milestone tracking for senior leadership.
• Support VP of Operations with field-level intelligence on performance and risks.
