Job summary

RevCats is hiring for lead field supervisor roles to head hyperscale data center projects in Cheyenne, WY. Candidates must be willing to travel 100% with travel expenses and per diem provided; local candidates may be considered.

Two to three positions are available, and W2 employment with potential overtime and bonus pooling is offered. No visa sponsorship is provided, and contract-only candidates will not be considered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of low-voltage/structured cabling experience and 1–2 years of field leadership experience.
• Expertise with fiber/copper infrastructure, tools, and installation processes.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work, bills of materials, blueprints, and schedules.
• Strong communication, delegation, and workforce coordination; hyperscale data center experience required; no bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large low-voltage and structured cabling projects. Supervise at least 15 technicians
• Plan staffing and daily goals
• Manage schedules, complete timesheets, coordinate materials and deliveries, track costs and changes, and maintain project documentation. Work closely with Project Managers and customers to deliver safe, high-quality installations on schedule. Train technicians and enforce site and company procedures.
