Job summary

RevCats is seeking a leader to drive long-term data center construction programs, starting in Montgomery, AL, with national travel across the United States. Six positions available; openness to W2 contract or full-time employment.

Role demands 75–100% travel on long-term assignments, with monthly returns home during active projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, site walks, crew management, procurement coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large hyperscale data center construction projects or 3+ years in general commercial construction PM with ownership of a $1–$3 million budget
• 5+ years of construction leadership across multiple crews
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel 75–100%

Responsibilities

• Own multimillion-dollar project budgets, workforce planning, and schedules. Lead kickoffs and site walkthroughs
• Adapt plans to site conditions and local labor markets
• Coordinate procurement, equipment and material staging
• Hire, schedule, and manage installation crews
• Track labor and spending
• Resolve change orders
• Maintain project documentation
• Deliver closeout, client training, and lessons learned
