The role offers $40-$46/hour W2 plus overtime, car and phone allowances, and bonus pooling, or $92,000 annual salary. Both contract and full-time employment are considered; contract-only applicants will not be considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing low-voltage/structured cabling technicians.
• Strong fiber/copper installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to train crews and interpret scopes of work, BOMs, blueprints, and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and applicable equipment certifications; hyperscale data center experience preferred; no bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead low-voltage project delivery, safety, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage at least 20 structured cabling technicians, including hiring and performance management of contract workers.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, timesheets, change orders, materials, project tracking, meetings, technical training, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated field issues.
