Job summary

RevCats is seeking a Lead Field Supervisor for hyperscale data center projects in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States and must be available for 100% travel; travel expenses and per diem are provided. Local candidates may also be considered.

Lead field operations for large low-voltage and structured cabling projects, supervising at least 15 technicians. Plan staffing and daily goals, manage schedules and material deliveries, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years low-voltage/structured cabling experience; 1–2 years field leadership.
• Expertise with fiber/copper infrastructure, tools, and installation processes.
• Ability to interpret scopes of work, BOMs, blueprints, and schedules.
• Strong communication, delegation, and workforce coordination; hyperscale DC experience; construction/post-construction experience desirable.
• BICSI credentials and confined-space certification are a plus; no bachelor’s degree required.

About the role

Lead field crews on hyperscale data center projects in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Three positions are available. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States and must be available for 100% travel; travel expenses and per diem are provided. Local candidates may also be considered.

Compensation and employment terms

$33-$38/hour W2 plus overtime and bonus pooling, or $75,000 annual salary. Candidates must be open to both contract and full-time employment. Contract-only candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large low-voltage and structured cabling projects. Supervise at least 15 technicians
• plan staffing and daily goals
• manage schedules, complete timesheets, coordinate materials and deliveries, track costs and changes, and maintain project documentation. Work closely with Project Managers and customers to deliver safe, high-quality installations on schedule. Train technicians and enforce site and company procedures.

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of low-voltage/structured cabling experience and 1-2 years of field leadership experience
• expertise with fiber/copper infrastructure, tools, and installation processes
• ability to interpret scopes of work, bills of materials, blueprints, and schedules
• strong communication, delegation, and workforce coordination skills. Hyperscale data center expertise is required, with experience during construction and post-construction highly desirable. Meta or Microsoft project experience is preferred. BICSI installer/technician credentials and confined-space certification are a plus. No bachelor's degree is required.
