Job summary

TeamLINX in Denver, CO is seeking a Mission Critical/Hyperscale Data Center Estimator to support sales with bid proposals and cost estimates for network cabling systems. The role requires reading drawings and specifications, building accurate cost estimates for materials and labor, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with sales, PMs and engineers to meet project budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network cabling systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Excel and estimation tools; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for network cabling systems, including materials, labor, expenses (travel, parking, tooling, etc).
• Support the development of bid proposals in alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Review basic project documents to understand the scope of work and identify requirements.
• Obtain pricing from vendors for materials and equipment, and build supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers and engineers to ensure estimates meet project needs.
