Job summary

LVI Associates in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Design Construction Manager to support delivery of a large hyperscale data center project. The role acts as the owner's representative across design and construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or construction management, 5+ years of experience, and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, design management, owner's representation, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience on data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination from concept through construction and project closeout.
• Manage design deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities.
• Drive project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Act as the primary liaison between ownership, designers, contractors, and operations teams.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks.
• Support preconstruction planning, procurement, and contractor coordination.
