Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking a Design Construction Manager (Owner's Rep) to support a large hyperscale data center project in Phoenix, Arizona. You will act as the owner's representative, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities include leading design coordination, managing RFIs and submittals, and driving performance across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, design management, owner's representation, or project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

A leading engineering and consulting firm specializing in mission critical infrastructure is seeking a Design Construction Manager to support the delivery of a large hyperscale data center project in Phoenix, Arizona.

This individual will act as the owner's representative throughout the design and construction lifecycle, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination from concept through construction and project closeout.
• Manage design deliverables, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration activities.

Requirements

• Experience on data center, mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
