Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking an experienced End-to-End Data Center Technical Program Manager to lead hyperscale data center capacity-delivery programs from early site selection through customer handover and production go-live.

You will coordinate internal teams, colocation providers, utilities, contractors, and technology partners across site due diligence, design, construction, commissioning, white-space fit-out, network deployment, server readiness, and operational handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs.
• Strong technical fluency in electrical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, cabling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized PMO support to sites across planning, execution, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver site readiness and production handover.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and budgets for multiple projects.
• Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and lessons-learned sharing across programs.
