Job summary

Oracle Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Data Center Support Services professional to lead materials tracking and delivery visibility across hyperscale data center campuses. You will connect BOMs, procurement, supplier commitments, shipments, inventory, and campus fulfillment into a reliable program view.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, inventory control, or infrastructure delivery with independent ownership across multiple projects.
• Experience reconciling BOMs, procurement, supplier commitments, shipments, and inventory at the material-line level.
• Proficiency with Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated materials tracking view across BOM creation, ordering, tracking, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and distribution for assigned campuses and programs.
• Reconcile BOM inputs with procurement records; confirm order coverage, quantities, part numbers, revisions, and destinations; route discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain traceability between material lines, source owners, PO references, campus, deployment scope, quantity, and due dates.
• Track commitments, transit status, receiving dates, inventory availability, and fulfillment progress; obtain updates from source owners.
• Assess impact of shortages, delays, changes; escalate risks with clear recovery actions and owners.
• Prepare materials reviews, maintain status reports, and support decisions with leadership updates.
• Coordinate with campus, warehouse, and logistics teams to reconcile receiving, inventory, and distribution actuals; manage aging/overstock.
• Establish standard trackers, definitions, and reporting formats; automate where possible.
• Support campus launches with tracking mechanisms, procedures, training, and system access; transition daily tracking to campus teams.
