Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Data Center Operations Director for the United States via a partner company. You will drive operational strategy for hyperscale infrastructure, overseeing end-to-end delivery, governance, and client relationships across geographically distributed sites.

You will manage budgets, multi-year roadmaps, and Day 2 operations, mentoring PMOs while ensuring safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
• 8–10 years in project management, incl. 4–5 years in program management.
• Proven experience leading 3+ programs worth $100M+ each.
• Experience leading matrixed teams across geographies.
• PMP certification.
• Extensive data center ops and large-scale deployments.
• Strong PM capabilities delivering multi-site initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex delivery requirements.
• Strong client relationship management and executive communication.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center programs.
• Establish and apply standards for program planning and delivery.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with client needs.
• Lead project managers and field teams across locations.
• Build governance structures including RACI, comms plans, stakeholder maps.
• Serve as executive client contact and lead reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.
• Oversee plans, cost estimates, risk and communication strategies.
• Lead Day 2 support and ensure safe, compliant builds.
• Maintain project controls across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk.
