Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Director of Construction to lead project execution across a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center projects nationwide.

You will provide executive-level oversight across multiple large-scale, mission-critical projects while driving delivery excellence, managing client relationships, and shaping the program strategy. This role requires extensive travel and offers a clear path to VP-level leadership as growth accelerates.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience in hyperscale data center delivery.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple concurrent projects at the $300M+ level.
• Deep expertise in MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and hyperscale program execution.
• Executive-level client relationship and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
