Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to lead cost control for hyperscale data center projects. You will establish budgets, manage procurement, and oversee change orders to ensure profitability from concept through completion.

The role demands proactive leadership, strong negotiation, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on on-time and on-budget delivery. Competitive compensation available in a market with project-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Finance or related field.
• 1 year of hyperscale or colocation data center project experience.
• 5-7 years in PM or cost management in commercial construction.
• Experience in full-cycle cost management for large projects (ideally $50M+).
• Experience managing procurement, tender processes, and change orders.
• Procore and Building Connected proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle cost management from concept to completion.
• Develop budgets, cost plans, and milestone forecasts.
• Review design options for cost implications and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Manage tender documentation, bids, and procurement processes.
• Oversee change orders and final accounts with subs.
